These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the BoundedInInk website and your purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

BoundedInInk sells book subscription boxes and stationery items. Each box may contain exclusive or limited-edition items. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from actual contents.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Any Orders placed after the 5th will be for the following month boxes.

3. Prices

All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payments

We accept secure payment via Stripe, PayPal and afterpay. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped on the 15th of each month (see Shipping Policy). You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy. All returns are subject to our approval and Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, and branding are owned by or licensed to BoundedInInk. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Shipping Policy

📅 Shipping Schedule

All orders are shipped on the 15th day of each calendar month, regardless of the date of purchase.

If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, orders will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after the shipping cut-off for the month will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping date (the 20th of the following month).

This fixed shipping schedule allows us to ensure consistent quality, packaging standards, and fulfillment across all orders.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes will vary based on destination and the shipping carrier. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Within Australia: 2–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.

🔁 Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to maintain our monthly shipping schedule, external factors such as carrier delays, weather events, or supply chain disruptions may impact dispatch or delivery times. In such cases, we will notify customers via email and update estimated delivery dates accordingly.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

📦 Shipping Fees

Flat Rate Shipping Cost of $12 for all order.

📬 Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Re-delivery fees may apply for returned or undeliverable packages.
